A BIG Opportunity for Green Infrastructure in Concord
The Town has a rare opportunity to plan an integrated district-scale energy infrastructure for the MCI site redevelopment from the beginning, including a geothermal network, thermal energy storage and solar generation. A thoughtful long-term investment would be preferable to treating energy and HVAC systems as isolated building-by-building decisions later in the process.
