She will talk about: \n\nwhy CMLP chose time-of-days rates\nhow they work; and\nthe potential benefits and challenges for customers.\n\nShe will also touch briefly on the wider electric market and why time-of-day rates make sense in today’s world. \nLaura Scott’s 38-year career spans commodities trading\, finance\, strategy and consulting in the North American electricity\, natural gas\, and oil markets.
