Like me, many of you have had air source heat pumps installed (we love our mini split!). One of our wall units was close to a sliding patio door that leaked when it rained, which subsequently allowed a lot of moisture into that corner of the room. While getting that door replaced, I notice a lot of mold up inside that wall unit that I couldn’t reach to clean myself. I found a company that I highly recommend called “We Clean Heat Pumps”. Without making a mess in our house, they cleaned both that wall unit, a ceiling unit and both of our outdoor units. Patrick Dowd was the maintenance tech that came and did the work. They can set you up for annual maintenance or just come when you need a good cleaning. He did a fantastic job getting rid of the mold. I highly recommend them!
